Heartland Elite Crete is the only factory authorized distributor for Elite Crete Systems Custom Interior Flooring and Architectural Concrete Training & Supplies serving America's Heartland. It is owned and operated by Bill Medlin. Bill began his business in 2007 as an installer of decorative concrete overlays. After attending training at Elite Crete Midsouth and becoming a certified installer of Elite Crete Products, he continued to bring the decorative concrete industry to the heartland of America. He fell in love with the creativity and artistry of the business which inspired him to return to Elite Crete Midsouth to attend another training seminar with his wife, Marsha, where she was certified as an installer in June, 2008. Upon returning home, he inquired about the possibility of a distributorship with Elite Crete. Two months later, Heartland Elite Crete was born.
Our mission is to train and educate America's heartland about the benefits and versatility of our products. Even if you are already in the industry, or just want to know more about it, we can help! This industry has been around since the 1970's but was mostly on the coastal areas of the US, mainly in California and Florida. But in recent years, it has skyrocketed to never-before-seen proportions!
